Dr. Michelle Keim Joins Detectent To Advance Analytic Solutions

Detectent (www.detectent.com), the leading provider of Customer Intelligence Solutions for North American utilities, today announced that Michelle Keim, PhD, has joined Detectent as Senior Scientist. Dr. Keim who is a published technical author and holds a patent on Method and System for Text Mining using Multi-dimensional Subspaces, will lead Detectent’s team of analysts in the development of advanced analytical solutions and leverage emerging technologies.

Prior to joining Detectent, Dr. Keim headed the Advanced Analytics group at T-Mobile, USA. While at T-Mobile, she developed and implemented predictive churn models, customer profitability and customer segmentation models. In addition, she developed and led an enterprise-wide statistical training program, monthly analytical seminars and a corporate SAS users group.
